Panelists presenting in consultation rounds have conflicts and links to groups that have already in advance, signed MOU’s with LINZ. It is difficult to see where there can be unbiased or transparent views, on behalf of Maori when there is a panel as such that will report back to the Minister when they are wearing so many hats.

The Graph is simple to see that it is not Maori Driving this initiative but National in partnership with Maori Party.
