MP Metiria Turei the co leader of the Green Party  earlier today announced she will champion the feed the kids bill. The National Government has declared that the economy doesn’t have enough money to feed children but can afford $70 million for the GCSB to spy on them and intercept all their phone calls .The Nats are planning on a  multi million dollar flag change because they feel a re-branding of the New Zealand image is more important  than starving kiwi kids.
