This morning on the Paul Henry show approximately at 6.15 am Paul Henry started complaining about a driver he encountered on the Motorway. To begin Henry said this “I am not going to be insensitive I’m going to do some racial profiling here” in an attempt to indemnify himself. At that very moment you could hear the collective air sucked out of the studio. His producer even warned him through his earpiece to watch himself.

In Henry’s rant he  described the driver was in the fast lane travelling at 60km he was coming up on what he described was a modern Volkswagen drifted into the center lane. The Volkswagen traveled into the slow lane at 50km as he changed lanes as his road rage intensified he wished he had weapons to shoot the driver.

Then Henry explained on National television and radio he pulled up beside the the driver  “The driver was an Asian” By this time Hilary Barry is yelling across the studio “You cant say that”.

Then Henry makes the prejudice comment that “They don’t know how to follow the road rules or they are too arrogant” an unfair comment as thousands of Asian New Zealanders all have different driving abilities it’s unfair to label all people of an ethnicity as bad.

Critics believe Henry is part of the National Party’s mainstream media campaign for the 2017 elections to secure a fourth term as government. Sources have advised Mana News the strategy is to engineer consent through the mainstream media. Unfortunately John Campbell wasn’t part of those plans due to his inability to endorse every government policy as an investigative journalist.
