Michelle Boag the former National party president talks about diversifying investment in the stock market and how first home buyers have expectations of wanting a three room villa in Grey Lynn. Boag explained how the National government are not to blame for housing supply and demand issue  the blame falls on Auckland city council.

The Prime ministers ability to talk eloquently managed to shut down the debate on home ownership . The fifth National government in its third term is entirely out of touch with working class New Zealanders that have aspirations of home ownership.
