Serco is a defence and aerospace contractors based in the UK. Chubb lost their government contract to transport prisoners.<\/p>\n<p>Private prisons\u00a0run by corporations\u00a0serve a dual purpose to make maximum profit for shareholders\u00a0and to meet key performance indicators for the correction&#8217;s department. Too meet these objectives and protect inmates is a fine line.<\/p>\n<p>Reports that Prison guards have little resources too search cells for contraband with some inmates\u00a0concealing\u00a0weapons like Shanks.
