Section 59 of the New Zealand Crimes Act meant\u00a0children had the higher civil rights than livestock. Before Section 59 of the New Zealand Crimes Act parents had the right to treat\u00a0their children like cattle and it was legal. Its real name should be the &#8220;Anti-child livestock bill&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Why hasn&#8217;t the National government repealed Section 59 of the Crimes Act?<\/p>\n<p>The National government\u00a0has unleashed the Nanny state if your child is out of shape, CYFS have the right to\u00a0remove children from their parents.<\/p>\n<p>Police and medical experts\u00a0have been working together to setup a system to single out large kids and take them off their parents.
