Its\u00a0policies are based \u00a0on the premise that anything awarded to Maori is an attack on Pakeha rights. The party originally supported Alan Titford but after his convictions in November 2013 on a number of charges, including assault, sexual violation, arson and fraud, sought to distance themselves.<\/p>\n<p>In September 2014, \u00a0the party failed to stand candidates in the general elections due to internal issues that involved the resignation of 4 of its board members. Recently, approximately 120 people attended the\u00a0organisation&#8217;s Annual General Meeting.<\/p>\n<p>When Adolf Hitler rose to power in 1936 he used a strategy of blaming the German people&#8217;s woes on a minority \u00a0&#8211; the Jewish people. 1law4all is using the same strategy of xenophobia (unreasonable fear or hatred of the unfamiliar). \u00a0The message that the\u00a0\u00a0failures of \u00a0New Zealand society are due to\u00a0the rights won by Maori\u00a0is popular with farmers, many of whose families prospered from land confiscations in the New Zealand Settlement Act 1863.<\/p>\n<p>1law4all&#8217;s message of democracy doesn&#8217;t involve indigenous rights, only their interpretation of \u00a0&#8220;majority rule&#8221;, that is: everyone else should be deciding on the political determination of Maori New Zealanders, and Maori,\u00a0as\u00a0a minority, should have no\u00a0input into their own political self-determination. This type of ignorance could lead New Zealand to a boiling point of racial division, if these right-wing\u00a0 radicals become influential enough to\u00a0\u00a0return\u00a0New Zealand from \u00a0an integrated multicultural society\u00a0back to a colonial oppressive society.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>1law4all is a political party committed to the suppresion of indigenous rights in New Zealand and ignoring our founding national document, the Treaty of Waitangi.
