\u201cA few months ago Andrew Little said the Maori Party wasn\u2019t a Kaupapa Maori party!<\/em><\/strong>\u201d<\/p>\n

Andrew can\u2019t speak Maori, he can\u2019t even pronounce it properly, and he hasn\u2019t got a clue about what Kaupapa Maori is and yet he thinks he can make a Kaupapa Maori judgement on a Maori Party? The bloody fool.\u201d<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201cLast year Andrew Little told his Maori MPs to shut up and not to speak in support of a Maori charter school, because he hates them\u201d said Harawira \u201cand then he gives Labour\u2019s top Maori slot to Willie Jackson who has just built a Maori charter school in his backyard \u2013 go figure!<\/em><\/strong>\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cDoes Kaupapa Maori mean you get to slap Maori down so you can look big Andrew?\u201d<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201cAnd when Andrew Little dropped Willie Jackson in over the top of his Maori MPs, he didn\u2019t even ask them about first. And why not? Because he doesn\u2019t rate them. He treats them like shit\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cThat\u2019s what we call colonial arrogance Andrew – not Kaupapa Maori\u201d<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201cAndrew Little lied when he told Willie he could get him a high list placing. Little got his ass kicked and Willie got shafted\u201d said Harawira. \u201cAndrew Little couldn\u2019t get Willie into his top 5, he couldn\u2019t get Willie into his top 10, he couldn\u2019t even get Willie into his top 15. In fact he couldn\u2019t even get Willie into his top 20!<\/em><\/strong> Andrew Little promised to put Willie on the taumata, and then laughed when Willie got booted out the back to do the dishes \u2026\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cIs Kaupapa Maori when you promise a Maori one thing and then shaft him is it Andrew?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201cThen Andrew Little said Labour would have \u2018one women in every two\u2019 and \u2018one Maori in every five\u2019. Really Andrew? So where was the Maori in the top 5? None. Top 10? None? Hell, there ain\u2019t even any Maoris in Labour\u2019s top 15!<\/em><\/strong>\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cTop marks on the women bit Andrew but a big fail on your Kaupapa Maori \u2026 again!\u201d<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201cAndrew Little lied when he said his Maori MPs were \u201cfearful of a high list place because they don’t want to give the impression that they are kind of being held up by belts and braces\u201d<\/em>. Maori don\u2019t talk like that Andrew, not even your Labour Maori MPs. I know \u2026<\/p>\n

\u201cShouldn\u2019t you be telling the truth if you\u2019re into Kaupapa Maori Andrew?\u201d<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201cAndrew Little gets Phil Twyford to attack Ngati Paoa, then Tamaki Maori MP Peeni Henare\u2019s name appears on a statement supporting it. But guess what? Peeni didn\u2019t write that statement. You can tell. It doesn\u2019t sound like him, it doesn\u2019t speak to the concerns of the Maori community and it doesn\u2019t address the issues from a Maori perspective \u2013 at all.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cDoes Kaupapa Maori mean getting another white guy to write shit in the name of your Maori MPs does it Andrew?\u201d<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201cThen last week, another Labour Maori MP says Maori should run prisons. And Andrew Little tells him to shut his mouth \u2026 again\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cDoes Kaupapa Maori mean a Pakeha telling a Maori to shut up on Maori issues does it Andrew?\u201d<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201cAndrew Little is the gift that just keeps on giving. The more he tells his Maori MPs to shut up while he flounders on Maori issues, the more he loses credibility with Maori voters.<\/p>\n

\u201cBut we don\u2019t like Pakehas telling us what to do Andrew \u2013 none of us \u2013 not even your Maori MPs. So I\u2019m calling you out (and you can call Willie in if you\u2019re too scared). I\u2019m challenging you in a debate on \u2018Kaupapa Maori\u2019. Anywhere, anytime, any audience, and to make it fair we\u2019ll do it half in English and half in Maori.
